Important Information

All rates below are quoted in Euro and include taxes;
Participants who register with Student rates must submit a copy of official status letter/ID during registration;
The registration fee covers the following for each registered participant:
- Admission to all talks;
- Conference bag / material;
- Admission to welcome reception;
- All coffee breaks as per Conference program;
- Transportation from Thessaloniki's airport to the conference site and from the conference site to the airport (see below important notice about transportation);
Registration will only be confirmed upon full payment;
Receipts will be issued at the Conference;
On-site registration will be available during the Conference for participants that are NOT presenting their work;
Partial refund of registration fee (less 100 Euros) will be provided for cancellation on or before May 15, 2012; no refund will be accorded for cancellation after May 15, 2012;
All speakers and poster presenters must register online ON or BEFORE May 15^th, 2012;
Registration of speakers and poster presenters by May 15^th will allow us to streamline the program that will involve multiple parallel sessions.

Airport Transfer

We will arrange shuttle services from/to the airport at specific times that will be announced in the web site one month prior to the conference. All delegates are kindly asked to send us their flight itinerary as soon as they have booked their flights in order to coordinate their transportation.

Transfer times will vary according to the scheduled arrival and departure times of the airplanes.

For those that will not be able to board on a shuttle bus (either because they arrive/depart on a different day or because they don’t want to wait for the congress bus), we have negotiated special rates for private transportation to/from the congress venue.

Private Airport Transfer with reserved TAXI (maximum 3 persons) - € 95,00 / per way.

· Registration with AMEX is possible only via the downloadable registration form (will be uploaded when the online registration system will be operational).

Important Notes:

All excursions are organized on Sunday June 17th, day without scientific program.

Meal Plans

Breakfast is included with the accommodation at G-Hotels. Lunches and dinners are not included in the registration fee. There are several options in the G-Hotels complex. A nearby town offers more opportunities for sampling the local cuisine.
Welcome reception is taking place on June 14.
Dance BBQ dinner is taking place on June 16.
Gala dinner is taking place on June 18.
