Proceedings: Second ISNPS Conference

As we announced last November, and continuing the series started with the first Conference, we will publish with Springer a book of proceedings of the second ISNPS Conference. We will consider papers between 10 and 15 pages long and the deadline for submitting will be April, 30, 2015. Each paper will be reviewed by two referees to keep the usual high-quality standards.
