A Welcome reception will take place in the Benedict XII cloister of the Palace of the Popes at 6:00 PM.
Gala Dinner (not included in registration fee)
The Gala dinner will take place on evening of the 15th of June in one of the most beautiful room of the Palace of Popes, le GRAND TINEL, It will be cooked by the great chef Olivier Marseille.
Meeting point : Inside the Convention center.
Excursions
- Guided visit of Avignon (half day), in english : 15 euros (no transportation, includes the guide and visit of monuments)
- Guided visit of the typical village of Chateauneuf du Pape (half day), including a visit of a cave and a special wine degustation program : 48 euros (includes transportation, the guide and wine tasting).
- Guided visit of Nimes (including transportation, guide and visit) : 38 euros.
