Important Informations

• All rates below are quoted in Euro and include taxes;
• Participants who register with Student rates must hold a copy of official status letter/ID which will be verified at the conference in Avignon;
• The registration fee covers the following for each registered participant:
  • Admission to all talks;
  • Conference bag / material, books;
  • Admission to welcome reception on the 11th of june;
  • All coffee breaks as per Conference program.
  Other Fees (separate from registration fees):
  • Gala dinner (on the  15th of june)
  • Excursions  (on the 14th of june)
  • Lunch, either on site (ameliorated sandwiches/salads) or in local small restaurants
• Registration will only be confirmed upon full payment;
• Receipts will be issued at the Conference;
• On-site registration will be available during the Conference for participants that are NOT presenting their work;
• Partial refund of registration fee (less 100 Euros) will be provided for cancellation on or before May 14, 2016; no refund will be accorded for cancellation after May 14, 2016;
• All speakers and poster presenters must register online ON or BEFORE March 12th, 2016;
• Registration of speakers and poster presenters by March 12th will allow us to streamline the program that will involve multiple parallel sessions

• By Bank Transfer
  Method: For those who pay by bank transfer, please make your choice in term of hotels, meals, transportations, excursions and fees (by using the visa paiement site), and then send a mail with your choices to the AGENCY PO in Avignon ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) and ask for an invoice, make the transfer and send the tranfer evidence to the agency PO to confirm your paiement.
