A list of Hotels at negociated rates (especially for four and five stars Hotels) is available directly during the registration process (see Registration). The prices of Hotels trough the registration system held by the agency AGENCE-PO of the Palace of the Popes range from 173 euros (5 and 4 stars hotels) to 63 euros (2 stars hotels). You can directly choose your hotel and the period of your stay between the 10th and the 17th of June 2016.

However, you may also find cheaper (and nice) hotels or appartements in Avignon with your favorite Hotel search engine. We recommend booking.com for its negotiated prices as well as airbnb.fr for rooms or appartements :

Be aware that in the center of Avignon, even one star Hotel are nice : they simply do not have air-conditionning. Every room within the Walls of Avignon (surrending the city) is 15 minutes walking from the conference center.

Students may reserve rooms (studios for one or two persons) at reduced rate at the student residence of "les cordeliers" (address below). This should be done directly on their website.
