Abstract Submission


  • All speakers and poster presenters must register online on or before May 15th, 2012.
  • We regret that late submissions will not be accepted.
  • The editorial team reserves the right to edit general information and format of (accepted) abstracts for standardization.
  • Speakers and poster presenters will be able to enter the abstract session when open a user account (register) to the registration web page. Note that you will have to be signed in.
  • Once your abstract is accepted you will receive a positive confirmation from the evaluator, thus you can proceed with the congress registration.
  • Accepted abstracts will be valid once congress registration is paid in full.



  • In the Heading, the title, author's name, and affiliation should appear as 3 separate entities (i.e., start a new line for each of the three entities).
  • The total abstract (including the Heading) should fit in one page.
  • Submited abstract should be in the form of a pdf file.
